Fall Announcements

Dear Atlantic Mindful Network,

The fall season is upon us. We have two exciting developments occuring at the ACC:

The Bedford Open Mindfulness Group, Thursdays from 12-1 PM, located at the Community Health Team space, Bedford Place Mall, 1658 Bedford Highway, will begin having sessions every week starting this coming Thursday, September 5, 2019.

The ACC will be hosting extended practice sessions once a month starting Saturday, September 21 at 5670 Spring Garden Road. The other session, all at Spring Garden location, will be on October 21, November 25 and December 7. These sessions are on Saturdays from 1:00-4:00 PM. You may attend any length of time that works for you. There is no charge or pre-registration for these sessions.
