Open Mindfulness Groups

Due to the COVID-19 virus and the precautions to limit the spread of the virus, we are cancelling all in person OMGs effectively immediately.  Dear friends of the Atlantic Contemplative Centre (ACC), Currently, we are facing a time of uncertainty and isolation. In response, the ACC faculty want to help us stay connected while we are isolated, help us stay calm during a time of great anxiety, and give us an opportunity to care for one another. Fall Announcements

Dear Atlantic Mindful Network, The fall season is upon us. We have two exciting developments occuring at the ACC: The Bedford Open Mindfulness Group, Thursdays from 12-1 PM, located at the Community Health Team space, Bedford Place Mall, 1658 Bedford Highway, will begin having sessions every week starting this coming Thursday, September 5, 2019. The ACC will be hosting extended practice sessions once a month starting Saturday, September 21 at 5670 Spring Garden Road. The other session, all at Spring Garden location, will be on October 21, November 25 and December 7. These sessions are on Saturdays from 1:00-4:00 PM. ACC Annual Report 2018

We are pleased to share with you the exciting activities that have occurred for the Atlantic Contemplative Centre (ACC) and our faculty. Summary of Atlantic Contemplative Centre Activities 2018 1. We moved into permanent space in late 2017, at 5670 Spring Garden Road, Suite 902, beginning programming there in 2018. 2. The ACC achieved charitable status in August of 2018 (retroactive to January 2018). We are now able to issue tax receipts for all donations. 3.
