Amanda Hester, Masters in Political Science, MA, just received her Master’s degree in Political Science from Dalhousie University and teaches workshops on critical thinking and strategic expression.  She is teaching part time in the Shambhala Upper School, and is writing a book about incorporating contemplation and mindfulness into Western military training and culture.
