Elizabeth Shein, MSW, RSW is a Registered Social Worker with over 25 years of experience in clinical and community social work. She has extensive experience in Mental Health clinical practice and community-based prevention and promotion programs in diverse rural, urban and First Nation communities. As a trainer, Elizabeth engages participants at a real-life level, using humour and story-telling to facilitate programs on mental illness, stress reduction, trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, mental wellness, as well as gender and sexuality. A mindfulness perspective is integrated into all aspects of her work.
