Ileana de la Teja, PhD, is an instructional technologist whose focus is learning strategies and competency modeling. She is professor at the Open University of Catalunya (Barcelona) and Associate Researcher and Professor at Tele-university (Montreal). Her interests include the practice of Chado (the Way of Tea) as an approach to facilitate learning and communication at educational and organizational levels as well as the research on the reciprocal influence of mindfulness and technology.
